This article feels timely. I have been toying with the idea of starting a publication because I don’t write the same content that much of Medium is built on.

I’d also like to read other diverse content.

But then I think why would I go through the effort to make a publication if it’s not going to grow because there isn’t any diversity?

It’s sort of this catch-22 of it needs to happen, but it feels near impossible to make happen.
